We encourage all patients to attend for regular check-ups, which allows us to offer the best possible preventative care. Reminders are sent out at regular intervals to remind you to phone the surgery to book a suitable appointment time.

To assist in the smooth running of the practice and to help us accommodate dental emergencies, we ask you to attend for your appointments on time and provide as much notice as possible if cancelling a visit.  We ask that you provide an up to date mobile phone number and/or email address which allows us to send you a reminder of your booked appointment. Failure to cancel a booked appointment may incur a charge.
